RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RESULTS OF CITY OFFICER'S ELECTION
WHEREAS, there came to be considered the returns of an
election held on the 15th day of May, 1976 for the purpose of
electing the hereinafter named officials , and it appearing
from said returns, duly and legally made that there were cast
at said election 744 valid and legal votes; that each of the
� candidates in said election received the following votes:

WILLIS PIRKLE------401

COUNCIL PLACE 5

CHARLES GIDEON-------472
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY UF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
THAT, said election was duly called; that notice of said
election was given in accordance with law; and that the follow-
ing named persons were duly elected to the off ices indicated:
WILLIS PIRKLE---COUNCIL PLACE 3
CHARLES GIDEON--COUNCIL PLACE 5

THAT, the said above parties are hereby declared duly
elected to said respective officies, subject to the taking of
their oaths and filing bond as provided by the laws of this
State and the ordinances of this City.
