WHEREAS, the City of Grapevine is the owner in fee
title of Lot 19, Block 12, Section 5 of the Reed Addition
to Grapevine Lake Estates , Block 12 to the City of Grapevine,
Texas , having acquired said property in relation to its
water system, and

WHEREAS, the First National Bank of Grapevine, the

present owner of the Reed Addition to Grapevine Lake Estates ,
Block 12 of Section 5 desires to replat said addition, and
WHEREAS, the City of Grapevine as an owner of a lot
in said subdivision has been requested to execute the replat
in its capacity as owner of a lot, and
WHEREAS, the replat of Shoreview Estates has been re-
viewed by the City Council and whereas , the City Council is
of the opinion that the replat is beneficial to the City's
ownership of a lot in said subdivision, same being Lot 6,
Block 1 of said Shoreview Estates.

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City of
Grapevine, Texas .

Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the dedication
section af Shoreview Estates, a sub-
division for and in behalf of the City
of Grapevine in its capacity as owner
of Lot 6, Block 1 of the Shoreview
Estates Addition to the Grapevine Lake
Estates .
Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect
f rom and af ter its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City
of Grapevine, Texas, this the 5th day of October, 1976.
