WHEREAS, Section 3.14 of the Charter of the City
of Grapevine, Texas requires an annual audit to be made
of the books and accounts of each and every department
of the City; and
WHEREAS, the Grapevine City Council engaged the
�P� firm of Pittman & Harris to conduct said audit for the
fiscal year 1975-76; and

WHEREAS, it has been determined that the examination
was made in accordance with generally accepted auditing
standards ,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of
Grapevine, Texas hereby accepts the 1975-76 audit as
prepared by the accounting firm of Pittman & Harris .
