RESOLJTION �

WHERFAS, the City Administration previously advertised for goif course
bridges as an integral part of the ciPy's golf course that is presently under
� construction, all in accordance with Article 2368A Tex. Rev. Civ. Stafi.
Ann; and
"� " WHEREAS, the city council, based on the City Administrafiion, rejected
the bids that were received due to the fc�ct that such bids were we{I in excess
of the amounts budgeted for said bridges; and
WHEREAS, due to the weather at the time of the year and the utmost
necessity to act at once to preserve the property of the city and to expedite
the constructian of the golf course, the City Administration was instructed to
seek out bids on the golf course bridges on a negotiated 6asis.
NOW, THEREFORE, PR'EVIOUSLY CONSIDERED, ALL OF WHICH
ARE DEEMED INCORPORATED INTO THE BODY OF THIS RESOLUTION BE
,� IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY C4UNCiL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE.
, Section I. That the contract to construct the bridge at the golf course

in accordance with the plar�s on file at the city is hereby awarded to
Hall Construction Co.in the amount of $ 31,000.00.
Section 2. That this resolution shal) go infio effect from and after
its passage.
