AN ORDINANCE RENEWING AND EXTENDING THE
GRANTING OF A TAXI CAB FRANCHISE TO HUGH
M. WAITE , D/B/A METROPLEX CAB COMPANY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OR GRAPEVINE , TEXAS :
Section 1. That a franchise to operate a taxi-
cab service in the city limis of the City of Grapevine is
hereby granted to Hugh M. Waite , d/b/a Metroplex Cab Com-
pany for a period of one year (1) from the effective
date of this ordinance in accordance with the City Charter
(Art. 10 , Sec. 10 . 02) .
Section 2 . Hugh M. Waite , d/b/a Metroplex Cab
Company hereby acknowledges by the acceptance of this fran-
chise the necessity to comply with all terms of all City
Ordinances relating to the operation of Taxicab Services
within the City and all other Ordinances of the City and
laws of the State of Texas and to accept this franchise
in writing.
DULY PASSED by the City Council of the City of
Grapevine , Texas , on this the first reading on this the 3rd
day of July , 1979 .
DULY PASSED by the City Council of the City of
Grapevine , Texas , on this the second reading on this the
7th day of August , 1979 .
