The Site Plan Review Committee of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Session, on this the
18th day of October, 2000, in the City Council Chambers, 200 South Main Street, 1St Floor,
Grapevine, Texas with the following members present -to -wit:

constituting of a quorum, and the following City Staff:

Larry Oliver called the meeting to order at 9:07 a.m.
BLIC HEARING
C000-56 — MILLS RUN PHASE III
First for the Committee to consider and make a recommendation to the City Council was
Conditional Use Request C000-56 submitted by Carson-Salcedo-McWilliams, Inc. for
property located at Grapevine Mills Parkway and proposed to be platted as Lot 1, Block 1,
Jackson Addition. The applicant was requesting a condition use permit to revise the
previously approved site plan of CU49-58 (Ord.99-443) specifically, for the following
revisions: "_5.0 17z 4&, 6/7&/v t
The northernmost drive entrance on the State Highway 360 service road will be moved
south approximately 75 -feet to accommodate a natural gas regulator and connecting gas
lines.
Parallel parking spaces to the north of the existing 20,670 square foot production facility
will be converted to head -in spaces to provide more parking for employees.
• Revision to the parking layout to accommodate the relocated drive entrance.

• Revision to the building footprint to show a stairwell notch on the southwest portion of
the office/showroom.
With no further questions, guests to speak, letters or petitions, the public hearing was
closed.
Mrs. Spencer moved, with a second by Mr. Hardy, to approve Conditional Use Request
C000-56. The motion prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Oliver, Spencer, and Hardy
Nays: None
CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION C000-58- FARHAT BROTHERS WEST
Next for the Committee to consider and make a recommendation to City Council was
conditional use request C000-58 submitted by David Dick for property located at 3500
Grapevine Mills Parkway and platted as Lot 1, Block 1, Farhat Brothers West Addition. The
applicant was requesting a conditional use permit to amend the previously approved site
plan of C000-14 (Ord. 00-44) for a gasoline station/convenience store with the possession,
storage, retail sale and off premise consumption of alcoholic beverages (beer and wine
only)
With no further questions, guests to speak, no letters, or petitions, Mr. Hardy moved with a
second by Mrs. Spencer to approve Conditional Use Request C000-58. The motion
prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Oliver, Spencer, and Hardy
Nays: None
END OF PUBLIC HEARING
CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES
Next for the Commission to consider were the minutes of the September 26, 2000 Site Plan
Review Committee meeting.
Mr. Hardy moved, with a second by Mrs. Spencer, to approve the Site Plan Review
Committee minutes of September 26, 2000. The motion prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Oliver, Spencer, and Hardy'
Nays: None

ADJOURNMENT
With nothing further business to discuss, Sharon Spencer moved to adjourn the meeting at
9:26 a.m. Thomas Hardy seconded the motion, which prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Oliver, Spencer, and Hardy
Nays: None
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS ON THIS THE 22nd DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2000.
