In accordance with Article 6252-17, V.A.T.C.S. , as amended by Chapter 227, Acts of the 61st Legislature, regular session, 1969, the City Council Agenda was prepared and posted on this the 6th day of July, 1973. . . CITY SECRETARY .50 STATE OF TEXAS � COUNTY OF TARRANT � CITY OF GRAPEVINE � The City Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Grapevine, Texas, convened in special joint meetinc� at 7:39 p.m. , on this the lOth day of July, 1973, with the following members present, to-wit: �ti William D. Tate Mayor , Doil Dalton Councilman Tommy Eidson Councilman Phil Parker Councilman Thelma Conine Councilwoman C.D. Pittard Councilman . Millard Dilg Councilman constituting a quorum, and Ted Ware Chairman Joe Kennedy Member J.T. Davis, Jr. Member Don Stiles Member Jerry Jordan Member constituting a quorum, with Harlen Joyce absent. Mayor Tate called the meeting to order. The Invocation was given by Joe Kennedy. � Mayor Tate opened the public hearing of zoning case (Z-73-11� , Aubrey Smith requesting "SP" ,Specific Use District for a nursing home on Tract (A) , "R-3�' Multiple-Family District on Tracts (B) & (C) , all of which are in the Thomas Mahan Survey, Abstract No. 1050. Aubrey Smith spoke on behalf of the zoning application. He stated the North Central Texas Council of Governments has approved his plans for the nursing home, which is a 120-bed, 1-hour fire rated building, to be located on Dove Road, at a cost of ($425,000) . He stated Tract (A) contains (4) acres and f�onts on Dove Road; Tract (B) contains (6) acres and is directly West of Tract (A) ; Tract (C) contains (1 .97) acres and is not attached to either Tract$ (A) or (B) . He stated there is a (50) foot easement along the North side of Tracts (A) & (B) , with (25) feet on his property and (25) feet on the property to the North; and an easement between Tracts (B) & (C) . A1 Mikusek, architect for the applicant, stated construction design would blend in well with residences. He stated parking spaces were figured on one space for each six beds. "' . Mr. Smith stated plans had not been made concerning the con- struction of apartments on Ti�acts (B) & (C) . Jack Cain, owner of the tract North of the zoning �pplication, stated the tract has deed restrictions which only allows single- family residences of new construction, with a minimum of (1 ,350) square feet. He stated the restrictions were placed on the � 1 � � � � tract in 1963 by J.L. Tillery. Mr. Cain stated four parties � are involved in land that have the same deed restrictions.
