SUBJECT: REIMBURSEMENT RESOLUTION FOR THE PURCHASE OF
TWO HARLEY-DAVIDSON POLICE MOTORCYCLES
RECOMMENDATION:
Consider a reimbursement resolution expressing intent to finance expenditures to be
incurred relative to the purchase of two Harley-Davidson motorcycles for use by the
Police Department.
BACKGROUND:
This resolution allows fort e reimbursement of preliminary expenses for the purchase of
two Harley-Davidson motorcycles for use by the Police Department. The total cost of
these two vehicles is budgeted at an amount not to exceed $46,777.82.

WHEREAS, the City of r vi , Texas( "City") is a political subdivision of

Section 1. That the City reasonably x cts to reimburse itself for costs that have
been or will be paid subsequent to the date that is 60 days prior to the date hereof that
are o be paid in connection with the purchase of two Harley-Davidson motorcycles for use
by the Police Department from the roc s of obligations to be issued subsequent to the
