SUBJECT: APPROVAL OF A RESOLUTION FOR THE SALE OF CITY
SURPLUS PROPERTY AND FORFEITED EVIDENCE
RECOMMENDATION:
City Council to consider a resolution declaring the property listed in "Attachment A" as
surplus property and forfeited evidence and authorizes it sale through public auction.
BACKGROUND:
This request is to approve a resolution for the sale of surplus and forfeited evidence as
listed in Attachment A.
The City currently has various sizes and brands of computer related equipment ready for
auction due to budgeted replacements, equipmeta a and condition along with forfeited
evidence. Staff has considered age, cost of operation and/or life to date maintenance
costs when classifying property as surplus. The other items are forfeited evidence from a
closed criminal case.

1. Estimated 57 each of various sizes and brands of monitors.
2. Estimated 38 each of various styles and brands of printers.
3. Estimated 89 each of various box servers and related equipment.
4. 1 each Kobalt tool Box.
5. Estimated 6 each cat, dog or it animal crates/pens.
6. 1 each boat motor.
7. Estimated 5 each boating equipment including inflatable boat, storage box, steel
motor mount, trolling for and air pump.
8. 1 each large dog house with windows.
9. Estimated 5 each equestrian equipment including child and adult horse saddles,
saddle pad, horse halter and bridle.
10. 1 each gray feed hay trough.
11. 1 each cedar bedroom suite.
12. 1 each large wood windmill.
