On the lOth day of December, 1969 at 7:30 P.M. , the City
Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in a call meeting
with the following members present:
Willis Pirkle Mayor
Al Harwell )
' Doil Dalton )
Lee Thompson ) Councilmen
G. S. Benedict )
Tommy Eidson )
Messrs. Calhoun and Spivey of the Lone Star G�.s Company were
� present and discussed the Gas Company' s proposed rate increase
with the Council. Mr. Spivey explained the auditing details
presented as exhibits in the request. No action was taken on
the request . �

Proposed Resolution R69-25, authorizing the City Manager to �
enjoin Tarrant County Water Control and Improvement District
#1 in cosponsorship of the Roanoke Reservoir and the applica-
tion thereof was introduced and read. Councilman Eidson made
a MOTION to approve said Resolution R69-25. Motion SECONDED �
by Councilman Benedict . Motion PREVAILED by the following
vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Dalton, Benedict , Eidson, Harwell & Thompson.
Noes: None
