S�ay,f� Council and Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of
23o Grapevine , Texas held a public hearing with the following

Mayor Pirkle declared Public Hearing open and Councilman �'
Thompson gave the invocation. �,

Mr. Robert Caldwell of Caldwell & Associates, Planning
Consultants for the City gave an explanation of the proposed �

amendment in comparison to the existing Zoning Ordinance. �
Persons present were given an opportunity to be heard. Those
heard were:
1 . Mrs. Weigers requested Apartment or Light Industry on
her property in the Dooley Survey.
2. Tom Williams recommend�ed passage of the Amendment
even though he disagrees with some of the details of
the Ordinance. �

4. Mrs. Lewis Christian requested duplex zoning on her
property in the Daniel Addition.
5. Mrs . Robert Bass requested Apartment Zoning on her

in the Lucas l�ddition requesting Apartment Zoning on
their property in the Lucas Addition. �
7. Mr. Ross Ramsey in behalf of his client, W. K. �'
Pickering recommended passage of the amendment.

property in the BBB & CRR Survey.
i9. Richard Eakins requested Apartment Zoning on his
property on Texas Street in the Grapevine Survey.
