Mayor Pirkle and Councilmen Benedict and Harwell were absent. �' Proposed Ordinance 69-46, amending the Zoning provisions of the City Code to include a "Planned Development" Zoning Category was introduced and read. Councilman Dalton made a � MOTION to pass said ordinance on first reading. Motion SECONDED by Councilman Thompson. Motion PREVAILED by the following vote: � � Ayes: Councilmen Thompson, Dalton and Eidson. � Noes : None � ORDINANCE 69-46 � AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY � CODE OF THE CITY OF GRA.PEVINE, TEXAS SO AS � TO PROVIDE FOR A PLANNED DEVELAPMENT DISTRICT � CATEGORY 3N THE ZQNING REGULATIONS� AND PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE. Rezoning Application 69-30, onvhich Dr. Dennis Hranitzky requested "J & K•' Industrial on his Lot 4A4, BBB & CRR Survey was considered. The Planning & Zoning Commission recommended the request be approved. Councilman Dalton made a MOTION to approve said Zone Change Request and to pass Ordinance 69-40 enacting the change. Motion SECONDED by Councilman Thompson. Motion PREVRILED by the following vote: Ayes : Councilmen Thompson, Dalton and Eidson. Noes : None ORDINANCE 69-40 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ZANING MAP OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE� � TEXAS, SO AS TO CHANGE THE ZONING DISTRICTS OF CERTAIN PROPERTY OF DR. DENNIS R. HRANITZKY FROM "A" RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO "J & K" INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. � �! Zone Change Application 69-31 on which Mrs . F. P. Wiegers requested "C & D" Multiple Dwelling District was considered. � The Planning & Zoning Commission recommended to approve �; , said application. Motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Ayes: Councilmen Thompson, Dalton and Eidson. � Noes: None ! f ORDINANCE 69-42 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 7ANING ORDINANCE AND THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, SO AS TO CHANGE THE ZONING DISTRICTS OF CERTAIN PROPERTY OF LEROY CO� FROM "A" RESIDENTIAL TO "J & K" INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. Rezone Application 69-33 on which John Vilbig requested "Specific Use Permit f or Mobile Home Park: on his acreage in the Mahan Survey was considered. The Planning & Zoning Commission recommended to approve "E" Modified for Mobile Home Park. Councilman Eidson made a MOTION to approve "E" � Modified for Mobile Home Park and to pass Ordinance 69-43 � enacting the change. Motion SECONDED by Councilman D alton. I Motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Ayes: Councilmen Eidson, Thompson and Dalton. � Noes : None � t � ORDINANCE 69-43 � � AN ORDINANCE Al�'1ENDING THE 7ANING ORDINANCE ; AND THE 7ANING MAP OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, i ; TEXAS, SO AS TO CHANGE THE ZONING DISTRICTS OF CERTAIN PROPERTY OF JOHN W. VILBIG FROM "A� RESIDENTIAL TO "E" MODIFIED FOR MOBILE HOME PARK; AND DECLARING AN E1�RGENCY. Rezone Application 69-34 on which Joe Wright requested "B" Dwelling District on his Lot 6, Block 5, Lucas Addition was considered. The Planning & Zoning Commission recommended to approve said application. Councilman D alton made a MOTION to approve said application and to pass Ordinance 69-44 en- acting the change. Motion SECONDED by Councilman Thompson. Motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Ayes: Councilmen D alton, Thompson and Eidson. Noes: None r i 225 � ORDINANCE 69-44 � AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, SO AS TO CHANGE THE ZONING DISTRICTS OF CERTAIN PROPERTY OF JOE L. WRIGHT FROM "A" RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO "B" DWELLING DISTR�.�T, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. Rezone Application 69-35 on which C. J. C. Construction Company requested "C & D" Multiple Dwelling District on Lots 2, 3 and 4, Block 34 of the John Trigg Subdivision was considered. The Planning & Zoning Commission recommended to approve said applica- tion and to pass Ordinance 69-45 enacting the change. Motion SECONDED by Councilman Dalton. Motion PREVAILED by the following vote: � Ayes : Councilmen Thompson, Dalton and Eidson. � Noes: None � & ORDINANCE 69-45 �' � � � AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 7ANING ORDINANCE � AND THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, � TEXAS, SO AS TO CHANGE THE ZONING DISTRICTS �. OF CERTAIN PROPERTY OF C.J.C. CONSTRUCTION F; � CORP. FROM "B" DVJELLING DISTRICT TO "C & D" � DWELLING DISTRICT, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. � The proposed dedication of E. D. Reed to dedicate three small � tracts of land in Grapevine Lake Estates to the City was considered. � Councilman Eidson made a MOTION to accept the dedication of Tracts � 1-A and 9-A, Block 1 , Grapevine Lake Estates for future street right of way. Motion SECONDED by Councilman Thompson. Motion � PREVAILED by the following vote: Ayes: Councilmen Dalton, Thompson and Eidson. Noes: None Proposed Resolution R69-27 authorizing the City Mars�er to enter into Contract with the Corps of Engineers for acquisition of water rights in the proposed Roanoke Reservoir was introduced and read. Councilman Eidson made a MOTION to pass said resolution. Motion SECONDED by Councilman Dalton. Motion PREVAILED 1�y the following vote: Ayes: Councilmen Eidson, Dalton and Thompson.
