CITY OF GRAPEVINE �
On the lOth day of February, 1970 the City Council of the
City of Grapevine, Texas met in a call meeting with the
following members present:
Willis Pirkle Mayor
G. S . Benedict
Doil Dalton
Lee Thompson
The purpose of the meeting was for Bob Nichols and John Cook
of Freese, Nichols & Endress to rep ort to the Council the
status of the Master Plan. ' Mr. Nichols reported that of the
various interim reports not previously delivered, the Utility
plan will be ready the last of February and the Community
Services report will be finished the last of March, and the
Summarized report to follow shortly after the Community
Services report . Mr. Nichols reported that he has requested
� from the State Health, an extension of time to August 4, 1970,
for the completion of the Master Plan. Mr. Nichols also re-
commended R. W. Caldwell as Planner in Charge, in connection
with the final development of the Master Plan.
The Council also discussed with Mr. Nichols the securing of
a water supply from the Airport Water System. Mr. Nichols
is. to investigate this possibility.
