a proposal to the Council to purchase the sanitation
service of the City.
; Councilman Thompson made a motion to approve Zone Change

seconded by Councilman Parker. Motion prevailed by the

Noes: None
� Councilman Eidson made a motion that the application of
j Tony Tate to move in a house in Placid Penninsula be
; rejected. Motion seconded by Councilman Thompson. Motion `;

; The Council was in agreement to issue a certificate of
compliance to the Grapevine Mattress Factory for the
