On the eighth day of June, 1971 the City Counci]. of the City oa�
{ Grapevine, Texas met in a special called meetin g. The fallowing
members were present:

E Mayor Pirkle called the meeting to arder. Councilman Harwell
' gave the invocation. Mayor Pirkle stated this meeting had been
� called far the purpose of discussing the proposed bond issue
and tt�e a,ssuing af warrants for the constructian of a swimming
pc�ol and bath house. ;
Mr. Bob Nichols andMr. Frank Medanich were present and discussed
with the council the financial status af t�ie city in regards to
i
the proposed bond issue.
; Ordinance 71-20, An ordinance directing publication of No�a.ce to
�
Bidders was duly intxoduced far the cansideration af the City
Council and read in �ull .
Councilman Thompson made a motian to pass said prda.nance.
Councilman Harwell seconded the mation. Motion prevailed by the
following vo�e:
' Ayes; Caunci.lmen Dalton, Tkaampson, Harwell, Ei.dson and Parker.
Noes ; None
