On the 17th day of August, 19'71 the City Cauncil. of the City
of Grapevine, Texas met in a regular meeting at the City Hall
wi�h the follawing meznbers present :

Mayor pirkle called the mee�ing to order. Cauncilman Thompsan a

The minutes o� the meeting o� Auaust 3 , 1971 were read and
� approved.
Chief Lilly of the Police Department was presen� and discussed
wi'th the Council, some o�E the problems of opera�ing a palice
� reserve unit.
September "7, 1971 was se� as the date for a publzc hearing on
the proposed budget for 1971-72. x'

Councilman Eidson made a motion to approve the application of
Jess Hall ta move a t�ouse on�a his property on Hall-Johnsan =

Road. The mo�Gion was seconded by Cou.ncilman Thompsan. Motion
prevailed by tYze fallowing vote:

Councilman Pazker made a motian to pass Ordinance 71-27. The �
; motian was seconded by Cauncil.man Thompson. Motion prevailed '
