CITY OF GRAPEVINE �
� On October 26, 1g71 at 7:30 P.M. the City Council and the
Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Grapevine,
Texas met in joint meeting with the following members present:
Willis Pirkle Mayor

�' Mayor Pirkle called the meeting to order. Councilman Eidson "+,
� gave the invocation. Mayor Pirkle stated the purpose of this
� joint meeting was for public hearing on Zone Change Application ;
t Z 71-18. Mr. Charles Page presented the application to the City �
1 Council and the Planning & Zoning Commission. The zone change �.
� request was for Specific Use Permit Zoning for an electric sub-
station. Mel Hobratsch and others present spoke againstthe re-
zoning.

� After everyone present was given an opportunity to speak in ;
I' their interest of the zone change request, Mayor Pirkle declared y
j the public hearing closed and instructed the Planning and Zoning
'; Commission to make their report to the City Council at the next
i regular meeting.
