AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2 OF
ORDINANCE '76-31 OF THE GR.APEVINE CITY
CADE, AS AMENDED, FOR THE PURPOSE OF'
ADDING A PARAGR.A.PH PROVIDING FOR RE-
�� COVERY OF OPERATING AND MAINTENANCE
COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH UTILIZATION OR
THE TRINITY RIVER AUTHORITY SYSTEM.
SECTION 1
That the City Code of the City of Grapevine Title 7,
Chapter 2 is hereby revised by adding a paragraph which
shall read as follows:
7-2-31 COST RECOVERY FOR THE TRA SYSTEM UTILIZATION
Upon utilization of the Trinity River Authority System,
the City of Grapevine shall adjust the User Charge System
rates accordingly to provide for recovery of the operating
and maintenance costs associated with utilization of the
system.
SECTION 2
That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval, reco�zding and publication
as provided by law.
