CITY OF GRAPEVINE
On the 25th day of January, 1972 at 7:30 P.M. , the City Council
and the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Grapevine, :
' Texas met in joint meeting with the following members present:
Tommy Eidson Mayor Pro-Tem

Jerry Jordan Planning & Zoning
Joe Kennedy Commission Members
Harlen Joyce
Mayor Pro-tem Eidson ca.11ed the meeting to order. Councilman
Harwell gave the invocation.
Mayor Pro-tem Eidson stated this meeting was called for the
purpose of holding a public hearing on Zone Change Application
Z 72-1.
Mr. Kramer and Mr. Cain presented plans to the council and
zoning commission for their ��Planned Development�� zoning request.
After all persons present were given an opportunity to be heard,
Mayor Pro-tem Eidson declared the hearing closed and instructed
the Planning and Zoning Commission to make their recommendation
to the council at the next regular meeting.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned. �-
