On the 22nd day of February 1972 at 7:30 P.M. the City Council
{ and the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Grapevine,
' Texas met in a joint meeting with the following members present: ��

� Mayor Pirkle called the meeting to order. Mr. Ware gave the
invocation.
Mayor Pirkle stated this meeting was for a public hearing before
the City �ouncil and the Planning & Zoning Commission on Zone
�
Change Application Z 72-2 and Z 72-3.
� Application Z 72-2 made by B. R. Flories requesting "R-3" Zoning
� was presented to the Council and Planning & Zoning Commission.
? Jim Freeman spoke in objection to the zoning change request. `�
�
�.
" Application Z 72-3 made by Leon Zetley requesting "R-3" Zoning
on the Littlejohn #3 Addition was presented to the Council and '
Planning & Zoning Commission. L. L. Post spoke in objection to
the zoning change request.
After all g�rsons present were given an opportunity to speak
in their interest of the zoning change requests , Mayor Pirkle
declared the hearing closed and instructed the Planning &
Zoning Commission to make their recommendation to the Council
at the next regular meeting .
Meeting adjourned.
