ZETLEY FROM "R-1" SINGLE FAMILY ZONING TO SPECIFIC USE PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A TOWN- HOUSE DEVELOPMENT. ; ' Resolution No. R72-8 , a resolution directing delivery of �: ` certificates of obligation to Sikes Construction Co. was read. �� � � Councilman Eidson made a motion to pass Resolution R72-8. _ � Councilman Dalton seconded the motion. The motion prevailed � _ by the following vote: �' � ; Ayes: Councilmen Dalton, Thompson, Parker and Eidson. � Noes: None � � � � ; ; � � _ � , � � : � Councilman Eidson made a motion to put a 30 day time limit on the offer made to the homeowners on Lakeridge Drive to correct the drainage problem. The offer was made in a letter of December l , 1971 on file in the City Records . Councilman Parker seconded the motion. Motion prevailed by the follow- ing vote: Ayes: Councilmen Eidson, Parker, Thompson and Dalton. � �'�� Noes : None Councilman Dalton made a motion to reject all bids on the proposed library building . Councilman Thompson seconded the motion. The motion prevailed by the following vote: Ayes: Councilmen Parker, Thompson, Dalton and Eidson. Noes: None Councilman Parker made a motion to accept the resignation of Jesse Woods f rom the Planning & Zoning Commission. Councilman Dalton seconded the motion. The motion prevailed by the follow- ing vo te: ' Ayes: Councilmen Thompson, Dalton, Eidson and Parker. Noes : None Councilman Dalton made a motion to pass Resolution R72-7, a resolution expressing commendation and appreciation for the untiring and valuable service rendered to the City of Grapevine by Mr. Jesse L. Woods . Councilman Thompson seconded the motion. The motion prevailed by the following vote: Ayes : Councilmen Dalton, Eidson, Parker and Thompson. Noes : None Councilman Eidson made a motion to pass Ordinance 72-14 on first reading . Councilman Parker seconded the motion. The motion prevailed by the following vote: . Ayes: Councilmen Eidson, Parker, Thompson and Dalton. Noes : None ORDINANCE 72-14 ' AN ORDINANCE REPERLING PORTIONS OF TITLE FOUR, CHAPTER FIVE, SECTION SIX, PERTAINING TO TRAILER COACH SERVICE AND INSPECTION FEE; AND PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE. Resolution # Ft72-9, a Resolution wherein the City of Grapevine, Texas , opposes the proposed county library district to be operated by the City of Ft. Worth, was read in full. Council- man Eidson made a motion to pass Resolution R72-9. Council- man Thompson seconded the motion. The motion prevailed by the following vote: Ayes: Councilmen Parker, Eidson, Dalton and Thompson. Noes: None Councilman Dalton made a motion to create the position of Park and Recreation Director.
