` On the 28th day of March, 1972 at '7:30 P.M. , the City Council
and the Planning & Zonin9 Commission o� the City af Grapev�ne,
Texas met in joint meeting with the following members presentc

. Mayor Pa.zkle called the meeting to order. Ted Ware gave �he
invocation.
Zone Change Application Z 72-5, on which applicant Ed E. Sammons
reqtzests "L-1" Ligh� Industrial Zoning an 2ract 2A, H. Suggs
! Survey and Tract 5A1 , Andrew Ander�on Survey was read. No one �
present voiced any objection to the zoning change request.

Zone Change Application Z �2-6 and Z 72-7 on which applicants t
C. L. Chambers and Robert L. Taylor requested "Planned Develop- j
ment" on 46.75 acre� in the Hallum Survey and 50 acres in the �:
Hallu.m and Whitman Surveys was zead. �
Mx. Robert W. Hollin presenteci �he "Planned Uevelopment" plat on �
these applicatians to the Council and the Planning & Zor�ing
Commission. ��

Mr. Frank Pilney wa� present and spoke in abjection to thi.s zoning
change reque�t.
; After all pexsozzs present were gzven an opportunity to speak in
their intere�t af these zona.ng change applications , the Mayor
declared the pub2ic heaxing closed and instru.cted the Flanning &
Zoning Cammi�sian ta make their recommendation� to the City Council
at their regular meeting of April 4, 1972. �'
