On Tuesday night June 27th, 1972 at 7:30 P.M. , the City Council
and the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Grapevine ,
� Texas met in joint meeting with the following members present:

Mayor Pirkle was absent. .
Members of the Planning & Zoning Commission:

Mayor Pro-tem Dalton called the meeting to order. Mr. Ware
gave the invocation.
Mayor Pro-tem Dalton stated this meeting was for public hearing
on Zone Change Application Z 72-10. The property in question
on this application was Tract 9M, Abstract 518 , Foster Survey
(Corner of Ball Street and Surrey Lane) , owned by Cecil Henderson.
Mr. R. M. Casey presented this application on behalf of Mr. Cecil
Henderson and Mr. Bryan Snowden. The present zoning on this
property is R-1 Single Family. The owner was requesting "R-3"
Multi-Family Zoning . After everyone present was given an
opportunity to speak in their interst of this zoning change re-
- quest, Mayor Pro-tem Dalton declared the public hearing closed
and instructed the Planning & Zoning Commission to. make their
recommendation to the City Council at the next regular meeting.
The City Council continued in session. Mr. R. V. Trammel
presented a premliminary plat on property being developed by
Jim Ferguson on Doss-Knight Road. Councilman Eids.on made a
mo�cion to approve the plat as submitted by Mr. Trammel. Council-
man Parker seconded the motion. The motion prevailed by the
following vote: �
Ayes: Dalton, Eidson, Pittard, Parker and Conine.
Noes : None :

Billy Underwood, Jr. presented a preliminary plat on property
along Dove Road. After the side yard requirements and a change
on the easement lines were made, Councilman Parkgr made a motion ,
to accept the plat as final . Councilwoman Conine seconded the
motion. The motion prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Dalton, Pittard, Parker and Conine. `
Noes: None
Abstained: Eidson
Mr. Underwood then presented a final plat on some property along
Mustang Drive :� Councilman Parker made a motion to approve this
plat as final . Councilwoman Conine seconded the motion. The
motion prevailed by the following vote: ��?i va 4c�d��io�, �
Ayes: Dalton, Pittard, Parker and Conine.
Noes : None �
Abstained: Eidson �

A replat of Lots 2 and the south half of 3 into lot 2 in ;
F Manor Oaks Addition was submitted for approval . Councilman ;'
s Eidson made a motion to approve this plat as submitted. �
