COUNTY OF TARRANT �
CITY OF GRAPEVINE �
On Tuesday night July 25th, 1972 at 7: 30 P.M. , the City Council
and the }'lanning & Zoning Commission of the City of Grapevine,
Texas met in joint meeting with the following members presents :
Willis Pirkle Mayor ;
Doil Dalton )
Tommy Eidson ) Council '
Phil Parker ) Members �
Carlton Pittard ) �°
Thelma Conine )
Bill Tate )
Members of P�anning & Zoning Commission: Ted Ware , Joe Kennedy,
i Jerry Jordan, J. T. Davis , Jr. and Harlen Joyce .
Mayor Pirkle called the meeting to order. Mr. Ware gave the
invocation.
� Mayor Pirkle stated this meeting was for public hearing on Zone
Change Application Z 72-11 . ,
�, Mr. Hal Lundy presented the plans for Love-Henry & Associates , Inc.
who requested "Planned Development" Zoning on a 52 ac�e tract in
the Joel L. Hallum Survey. The plans were reviewed and discussed by
members of the City Coun�cil and the Planning & Zoning Commission.
After everyone present was given an opportunity to speak in their
interest of this zoning change request , Mayor Pirkle declared the G
public hearing closed and instructed the Planning & Zoning Commission ;
to make their recommendations to the City Council at the next regular �

The City Council continued in session with the above named members �
present. �

Two street right-of-way Dedications for the extension of Hilltop �
Drive east of Lucas Drive were read. Councilman Tate made a motion �;
to accept the dedications . Councilman Pittard seconded the motion. €
�he motion carried by an aye vote of all members of the City Council. '
