,' On Tuesday night August 29 , 1972, the City Council and the �
Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Grapevine, Texas
� met in joint meeting with the following members present:

Mayor Pirkle called the meeting to order. Mr. Ware gave the
invo�ation. ���

' Mayor Pirkle stated this meeting was held for the purpose of �
'' Public Hearing on Zone Change Application Z 72-12 on which Bill
i Reed, Trustee , requested "R-3" zoning on a tract of land in the �
Herring Survey.
` t
Mr. Bill Reed was present and presented the zone change request R
to the City Council and the Planning & Zoning Commission. Several �
persons living in South Shore Acres v�ose property joined the i
property on which the zoning change was requested spoke in objec- �
tion to the zoning change .
After everyone present was given an oppc�r.tunity to speak in their �
interest of the zoning change request , Mayor Pirkle declared the �
meeting closed and instructed �he Planning & Zoning Commission to E
' make their recommendations to the City Council at the next regular i
