On Wednesday night January 31st , 1973 at 7: 30 P.M. the City
Council of the City of Grapevine , Texas met in a called meet-
ing with the following members present:

Bill Tate )
Councilman Pittard was absent .
Others present were City Manager F'loy T. Ezell; Ass � t. City
Manager Jim Hancock; City Secretary C. W. Vandeventer; Frank
Medanich, First Southwest Company ;and Robert Nichols , Freese
and �Tichols .
Mayor Pirkle called the meeting to order. Councilman Dalton
gave the invocation.
Mayor Pirkle stated this meeting was called for the purpose of
; discussing the financial program and selling of general obliga-
tion and revenue bonds. �
Mr. Frank Medanich of First Southwest Company presented the bond
schedule.
Mr. Bob Nichols of Freese and Nichols discussed the water and
sewer line projects and also the plans for an elevated water
storage tank.
No official action was taken.
Meeting adjourned.
