On Tuesday night April 3, 1973 at 8:00 P.M. the City Council of k
i the City of Grapevine, Texas met in regular meeting with the follow- �
� ing members present:

J Mayor Pirkle called the meeting to order. Bill Vandeventer gave
� the invocation. Councilman Dalton made a motion to approve the
jminutes of the previous meeting . Councilman Eidson seconded the
a motion. The motion passed by the following vote:
� Ayes: Dalton, Eidson, Pittard, Parker, Conine, Tate and Pirkle.
1 Noes: None
� Mr. Bob Nichols of Freese & Nichols was present and presented the
bid tabulations on the 750,000 gallon overhead water stco-xage tank
to the council .
Councilman Pittard made a motion to accept the bid of Pittsburg-
Des Moines Steel Co . in the amount of $238 ,800.00 on Base and
Alternates 7 & 8 in the amount of $500.00 each and $9,000.00 on
the condensate deck. Councilwoman Conine seconded the motion.
,The motion prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Eidson, Pittard, Parker, Conine, Tate , Pirkle and Dalton.
Noes: None
� City Attorney John Boyles presented a proposed ordinance that would
i require connection to the sewer system when it is within 100 ft. of
� property. The council discussed some changes in the ordinance and
jMr. Boyles was to draft some changes for future consideration.

� A replat of Lot l , Block 10 in Grapevine Lake Esates was presented �
; for consideration. The Planning & Zoning Board approved the replat.
� Councilman Eidson made a motion to approve the replat . Councilman
; Dalton seconded the motion. The motion prevailed by the following
� vote:

� Ayes: Pittard, Parker, Conine, Tate , Pirkle, Dalton and Eidson.

i Noes : None

The plat of Shorewood Park was submitted for consideration. The
' Planning & Zoning Board approved the plat . Councilman Dalton made
� a motion to approve the Shorewood Park plat. Councilman Parker
�
seconded the motion. The motion prevailed by the following vote:

� Ayes : Parker, Conine, Tate , Pirkle , Dalton and Pittard.
Noes: None
� Abstained: Eidson

� Mr. Robert Eggers submitted a plat on three lots in the G. B. Knight
� Survey. The Planning and Zoning Board approved the plat. Council-
man Tate made a motion to approve the plat subject to negotiation
; for building line and ingress -_ egress easement to meet the sub-
! division requirements . Councilman Dalton seconded the motion. The
1 motion prevailed by the following vote:
� ,
' Ayes: Conine , Tate, Pirkle, Dalton, Pittard, Parker and Eidson.
