On the 14th day of October, 1969, at 7:30 P.M. , the City
Council and the' Planning and Zoning Commission of the City
of Grapevine� Texas met in a call meeting in the City Hall
with the following members present:

� Ma or Willis Pirkle called the meetin to order and introduced

� Joe Paul Jones, of Freese, Nichols and Endress, the City' s
� Consulting Engineers, and Mr. Robert Caldwell and Rodger
� Powell of Caldwell & Associates, Planning Engineers. Joe
Jones presented Interim Report No. 3 of the Master Plan,
which contained plans for future thoroughfares of the City.
Mr. Caldwell presented a proposed subdivision Control E
f
Ordinance and proposed Revised Zoning Ordinance and Map.
Meeting adjourned.
