CITY OF GRAPEVINE �
On the 7th day of August, 1969 at 7:30 P.M. , the City Council of �
the City of Grapevine met in a call meeting with the following
members present:
Willis Pirkle Mayor

� Lee Thompson )
Doil Dalton ) Councilmen
� Tommy Eidson )
� G. S. Benedict )
� Councilman Harwell was absent.

Mayor Pirkle called the meeting to order. �
�
Bids on the construction of additional City Hall space and repairs
� were reviewed. Bids received were as follows:
A. J. Harper $ 17,325.00 �
National Building Center $ 18 900.00 �;
J. B. Daniels $ 19,387.00
� Burger Const. Co. Cost plus 15% �

Councilman Eidson made a MOTION to accept the bid of A. J. Harper
in the amount of $17,325.00. Motion SECONDED by Councilman
Benedict. Motion PREVAILED by the following vote:

j Ayes: Councilmen Dalton, Eidson, Benedict and Thompson. �

' The proposed City operating budget for 1969-1970 was studied.
