Texas, has recommended to the City Council that the
hereinafter described real property shall not ever be
needed for public or municipal purposes in the future;

SECTION 1® That the City Council finds that the real property
hereinafter described is not and will not be needed in the future for public
iir municipal purposes and said property may be legally sold and conveyed,
SECTION 2. That the City of Grapevine, Texas, accepts the bid
proposal of JOE L. CRAWFORO in the
sum of $ 1, 000.00 as the purchase price of one certain tract of land more
particularly described in the attached Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein
for all purposes exactly as if copied verbatim herein,
SECTION 3® That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all
instruments necessary to complete the transaction specified in Section 24
SECTION 4® That this resolution shall take effect from and after
its passage and it is accordingly so ordered.
