MOTION by Cour�cilman Pirkle, seconded by Councilman Huber to accept the recommend- . atior� of the Planning and 2oning Board and grar�t the request and pass Ordinance No. 67-5 changing 32. 12 acres of la�d in t�e Wm. Owen Survey, said land belonging to Tom French, from '�A" Residential to "J"-"K" Industrial. Motion carried by a yes vote by Councilmen Benedict, Pirkle, Huber, Dalton .and Foust. Th,ere were no noes. 661 Mr. Pat Patteson of the Americari Bank of Commerce was present to request the Council to name the America� Ba�l� of Commerce the City�s depository. No action was taken pending further study of the matter. 811 The L�ons Club curb and Gutter project was discussed. It was decided that the Lyons Club should go ahead and solicit all the volunteers they can get to curb and gutter with the cot�- tractors dealing directly with the property owner. The Eou�lcil _ will determint the ones that it will be essential to assess. 960 AIIOTION by Councilman Benedict, s;econded by Councilman Pirkle for the City Secretary to have published a notice of Annex- ation hearing to be held on March 21 , 1967 . ' 206 Discussion of the City and the School District using the same '� Tax apraiser was held. It was decided that the City will pay �600.00 per year on the salary of a man jointly employed by both parties. This arrangement to be on a trial basis. 279 MOTION by councilman Foust, seconded by Councilman Pirkle to approve the recommendation of the North Ea.st Tarrant County � Advisory Council to turn over to the Council of Goverr�ments the Water Supply Study made for the Mid Cities Water Develope— � ment Council. Motion carried by a yes vote by Councilmen Bene— dict, Pirkle, Huber, Dalton and Foust. There were no noes.
