Members present were Mayor Woods and Counc3l- men Benedict, Pirkle, Dalton and Foust. Councilman Huber was abse�t. Mit�utes of the previous meeti�ig were read and approved. 695 Annexation Ordinance 67-10 was read. Motion carried by a yes vote by Couqcilmen Benedict , Pirkle, Dalton an� Foust. There were no noes. 912 Discussion was given on policies of enforcement of the various ordinances the City. It was agreed that these ordinances should be erlforced as written un2ess othar policies are es- tablished by the City Courlcil . p1.�5 City Manager Floy Ezell read a letter from consulting Engineers Freese , Nichols and Endress, outlining a plan to up-date the City�s Ma.ster Plan. It was decided that Joe Jones of that firm should be at the meeting of April 18 to furnish more detailed information. 141 Estimates on a well and water lines for the Reed Addition were reviewed. No official action was taken. � S II Discussion was geven on the operation of the Dump Ground arld 34 the report of inspectiorl by the Da11as Coutlty Health Department. 93 Mr. Ezell reported that Mr. Woodel.l is having a study made by Freese, �Nicho2s and Endress on the best way to get sewer facilities extended to his property east of town. 12�. Motion by Councilman Pirkle, seconded by Councilman Dalton for the City to pu^chase electric and acteleyne welding equipment not exceeding �5�0.00. Motion carried by a yes vote by Councilmen Benedict, Pirkle, Dalton and Foust. There were rlo noes. 120 1`he Mayor and C�ty Councilmen� canvased the Vote count of the City Election Judge as per requirement of law. Motion by Councilman Pirkle, seconded by Councilman Dalton to accept and adopt City Election results by Resolution R67-I� with the following officials elected: Mayor - Ira E. Woods, Counci lmara Place 1 - �. E. Dalton, and Councilman Place 2 - H. E. Huber. Motion carried by a yes vote by Councilmen Benedic�, Pirkle, Dalton and Foust. There were no noes.
