Members pre�ent were May�r Woods and Councilmen Benedict , Pirkle , Huber, Da.l ton and Foust. �,4inutes of the previous meeting were read and approved . R.T. Eidson was present to request that the Cit�r pass an Ordir�ance closing the 21Iey orl the west side of his property on Worth S'treet. Motior� by Councilman Dalton, seconded by Councilman Benedict to delay action on the raqu�st to allow time for a further investigation of the matter. P�Iotiot� carried by a yes vote by Councilrlen Benedict, Pirkle, Huber , Dalton and Foust. There wFre no noes. �:, Mr. Ward , att�rney, arld N1r. Bridges, Safety Patrolman, both of the Concrete industries Board were present to request that the City Council recend the City�s Tarpaulin Ordinance and to dismiss seven Tarpaulin Violation tickets writte� by the City�s Police Department. It was decided by the Council that they would study the matter of the Ordinance and the City I�9anager wi 11 talk with the officers who wrote ttie tickets about violations in connectiotl with the ordi;�ance. The Council considered the request of J.R. Bass to put two trailer houses on a lot on llove Road It W�� decided he will have to comply Tr��r�C^{' a wi�h tne provisions for he�se--��i rs in the City Code.
