MOTION by Councilman Benedict, seconded by Councilman D41ton to accept the zecomzuentiation af the Planning and Zaning Coffimission and are2ane Clyde Dickerson's Lot 7 in the Wm. Dooley Survep to "C & D" Multiple Dwelling District as requested in his Application #bfi-2b, and to pass Ordinance 67-37 enacting the change. MOTION carri�ed by a yes vote by Councilmen Benedict, Pixkle, Huber, Aaiton and Foust. The Planning and 2oning Gammissic�n delayed recammendatian on application 67-25 until December 5th, 2967 in order to give the applicant time to submit a plan of his intended use on his 100' � x 249' in Lot 8 of the Grapeuine Survey. Chdiaance 67-34 was read on second reading. MOTIDN by Councilman Pirkle, seconded by Councilman Faust to pass Ordinance 67-34 on second and fina2 reading. Md2ZON carried by a yes vote by Council- men Pizkle, Benedict, Huber, Uaitcan and Faust. There �rere no noes. MOTION by Councilman Dalton, seconded by Council- man Pizkle to pass Annexation Ordinance #67-35 on first reading. MOTION carried by a yes vote by Councilmen Benedict, Pirtle, Huber, Dalton and Foust. There were no noes. MOTION by Councilraan Pirkle, seconded ! by Councilman Benedict to approve the application of Mr. Baldwin providing the garage will meet City Zoning and Building requirements. MOTIBN carried by a yes vote by Councilmen Benedict, Pirgle, Huber, Dalton and Foust. There were no noes. An application by Clarence Parker to move a trailer house on Lot 30M in the Leonard Survey was reviewed. MOTIOIV by Councilman Dalton, seconded by Councilman Pirkle to approve Mr. Parker's application providing his installation meets city requirements. MOTION carried by a yes vote by Councilmen Benedict, Pirkle, Huber, Dalton and Foust. There were no noes. An application by C. L. Chambers to move a house in on Lot 3, Block . 101, College Heights Addition was reviewed. MOTION by Councilman Pirkle, seconded by Councilman Foust to approve Mr. Chambers' applica- ' tion providing it will comply with city requirements. MOTION carried by a yes vote by Councilraen Benedict, Pirkle, Hubez, Dalton and Foust. �ere were no noes. 11 request for a street light to be placed on College Street near the Methodist parsonage was reviewed. No action was taken. 41 � � � � � E Resolution R67-9,4calling for pc�rtions of Starnes Street to be � deeded to the abutting property owners was introduced and read. � MOTION by Councilman Foust, seconded by Councilman Pirkle to �" adopt Resolution R67-9�. MOTION caYried by a yes vote by Council- �° men Benedict, Pirkle, Huber, Dalton and Foust. There were no noes. A copy of said resolution is attached to and is a part of these minutes. Resolution R67-10 calling for portions of Staznes Street to be deeded to the abutting property owners was introduced and read. ? MOTION by Councilma.n Dalton, seconded by Councilman Benedict to adopt Resolution R67-10. MOTION carried by a yes vote by Council- men Benedict, Pirkle, Huber, Dalton and Foust. There were no noes. A copy of said Resolution is attached to and is a pazt of these minutes. Resolution R67-11, calling for the deeding of land on Starnes Street to D. W. Ada.ms, Jr. was introduced and read. MOTION by Councilman Pirkle, seconded by Councilman Foust to adopt Resolu- tion R67-11. MOTION carried by a yes vote by Oouncilmen Benedict, Pirkle, Huber, Dalton and Foust. There were no noes. A copy of said Resolution is attached hereto and is a part of the minut�s of this meeting. The publishing of Ordinances, Notices and all other publications required by the City was discussed. The Council decided that the City will divide as evenly as possible all publications betwoeen the Grap�vine Sun and The Grapevine Herald.
