Members �resent were Mayor woods and Councilmen nenedict, Pirkle, Huber, and Dalton. Councilman Foust was absent. Minutes of the previous meeting w�ere read and approved. On this date a public hearing was held for the consideration of Re- zoning Applicatinn No. 67-28. MOTION by Councilman Huber, seconded by Councilman Benedict to accept the recomtnendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission and rezone Tom Maggard's Lot 28D1 and 28p3 in the A. F. Leonard Survey to 'tH" Central Business, and to pass Ordi- nance b7-39 enacting the change. MOTION carried by a yes vote by Councilmen Benedict, Pirkle, ?�iuber and Dalton. There were no noes. ORDINANCE 67-39 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ZONING MAP OF Tf� CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, SO AS TO CHANGE THE ZONING DI5TRICTS OF CERTAIN PROPERTY OF TOM H. MAGGARD: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. Annexation� Ordinance No. 67-35 was read on second reading. MOTION by Councilman Pirkle, seconded by Councilman Dalton to pass Ordi- nance No. 67-35 on second and final reac�ing. bIQTION carried by a yes vote by Councilmen Benedict, Pirkle, Huber, and Dalton. MOTION by Councilman Dalton, seconded by Councilman Huber for the 1 city to give each volunteer fireman a twopound box of candy for Christmas. MOTION carried by a yes vote by Councilmen Benedict, Pirkle, Huber and Dalton. There were no noes. Flection Judge W. K. Stewart delivered to the Council the election returns of the City Sales Tax and $900,000.
