Members present were Mayor Woods and Council- �� men Benedict, Huber, Da.lton and Foust. Councilman Pirkle was absent. of February 6, 1968 a Minutes of tlie previQUS �eeting^were read and approved. � s � Messrs. Don Wilson and T. F. Rupp were present to discuss the � poor drainage along East Dallas Road adjacent to the Sunshine ' Harbor addition. They were assured that the drainage will be � taken care of when current construction is completed and the ground gets dry enough to work. Mr. Tom Beasley was present to find out how soon Shorecrest Acres can be annexed and to express interest in annexation as soon as possible in order to have better land use control. MOTION by Councilman Benedict, seconded by Councilman Huber to deny the request of the Telephone Company to designate four park- ing places along the East side of their office as a loading zone. MOTION carried by a yes vote by Councilmen Benedict, Huber, � Dalton and Foust. There were no noes. Proposed amending Ordinance 68-3 was introduced and read, and after due discussion a MOTION by Councilman Dalton, seconded by � Councilman Foust to pass Ordinance 68-3 on first reading. j MOTION carried by a yes vote by Councilmen Benedict, Huber, � Dalton and Foust. Theze were no noes. � ORDINANCE 68-3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 9, CHAPTER 4, SECTION 4 OF T� CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS SO AS TO PRO- � � VIDE FOR SPECIFIC RESTRICTIONS ON ; PARKING REGULATIONS. �� The plat of Mr. Wade Cummings' proposed trailer park, located in the City's extra-territorial jurisdiction, was reviewed, and aft�r consultation with the City Attorney, it was advised that Mr. C�mmings should follow the procedure outlined in the City's Subdivision Rules and Regulations. The request of Mr. Alton Corbin to develop additional trailer house lots was reviewed. The Council advised that the request should follow regular procedures in compliance with the City's Zoning Ordinance. . � The request of Mr. Elmer Osburn to buy the dead end alley ad- ; jacent to his property on North Main Street was considered. ' MOTION by Councilman Dalton, seconded by Councilman Benedict to � offer one-half the alley for sale to each of the adjacent property owners at the price of $.10 per square foot.
