R66-8 Whereas, the City Council is desireous of making the City of Grapevine a safer place in which to live and travel and , Whereas, there is an ever increasing need for certain traffic control devices at certain intersections within the corporate limits, and, Whereas, much study and thought has been given to these problems by the City Council . NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, THAT: Section 1 . Stop sign be erected at the following intersection to indicate that a full stop must be made before proceeding into or through the intersection: Stop on Vine Street on the south side at its intersection with South Main Street. Section 2. Parking be prohibited at any time on the following streets and that signs be erected to indicate same : No parking on either side of College Street between the hours of 7 :30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. on Mondays thru Friday, between Drexel Drive and Ridge Road. Wiz* Section 3. The authority for the erection of the forgoing signs and the enforcement of the regulations therein represented has been vested in the City Council by the City of Grapevine Ordinance Na. 54-8 passed and approved the 2nd day of March, 1954• Section 4. This resolution, not being a penal ordinance in itself need not be published to be effective and is effective upon the passage by the City Council and the erection of the aforementioned signs.
