On the 5th day of April, 1968, at 7:30 P.M. the City Council
of Grapevine, Texas convened in a call meeting at the City Hall
with the following members present:
Ira E. Woods Mayor
Willis Pirkle )
Herbert Huber ) Councilmen
Doil Dalton )
J. E. Foust, Jr. )
Floy Ezell ) City Manager
Jim Hancock ) City Secretary
Councilman Benedict was absent.
A quorum being constituted the following business was transacted:
The Council discussed the building and zoning question in the
newly annexed Shorecrest Acres Addition. The Council unani-
mously agreed that in the b�st- interest of all concerned, the
final decision on the matter is as follows: Mr. Perry will
remove the four prefabricated buildings and the trailer houses
located on Lot 19, from the area; and he will be allowed to
build luxury type apartments on Lots 12, 13, 16, South 65 ' of
17, 19, 32 and 33. Al1 construction will be required to be
. in conformity with City building regulations.
The Mayor declared the meeting adjourned at 10:30 P.M.
