� On the 30th day of May, 1968 at 11:00 A.M. the City Council
� of the City of Grapevine, Texas convened in a call meeting
at the City Hall with the following menbers present:
Ira E. Woods Mayor
Willis Pirkle )
Herbezt Hubez ) Councilmen
Doil Dalton )
G. S. Benedict)
� Councilman Lee Thoapson was absent.
� The following business was transacted:

� Council�an Pirkle made a MOTION to reinstate Floy Ezell as
� City Managez at the salary of $12,500.00 per year effective
� June 1, 1968. MOTION seconded by Councilman Dalton. MOTION
� prevailed by the following vote:
� Ayes: Councilmen Bene�lict, Pirkle, Huber and Dalton.
Nces: None

Coancilman Pirkle aade a MOTION to appoint Ja�mes L. Hancock as
Assistant City Manager and City 5ecretary at the salary of
$750.00 per month effective June 1, 1968. MOTION seconded by
Councilman Huber. MOTION prevailed by the folloaing vote
wyes: Councilmen Benedict, Pirkle, Huber and Dalton.
