On the 5th day of February, 1969, at 7:30 P.M. , the City
-.� Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in a call
meeting with the following members p_resent:
Ira Woods Mayor
G. S. Benedict )
H. E. Huber )
Lee Thompson ) Councilmen �
Doil Dalton )
Willis Pirkle )
Mayor Woods called the meeting to order and introduced
Mr. Lewis Nichols, Attorney. Mr. Nichols discussed with
the Council some of the questions in connection with the
General Telephone Company proposal for improved service
which has been promised for 1971.
