, On the 29th day of April, 1969 at 7:30 P.M. , the Planning �;
and Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of �
Grapevine, Texas met in a joint session in the City Hall �
with the following members present :

Mayor Woods called the meeting to order and declared �
public hearing open. �

The purpose of the hearing was for a public hearing for the
consideration of Zone Change Application 69-10 on which
Royal Industries requested "L" Manufacturing on their Tract �
�A1 in the Foster Survey. �
�
Persons present were given an opportunity to be heard.
The Planning & Zoning Commission recommended to approve
said application. Councilman Eidson made a :N�QTION �
to accept the recommendation of the Planning & Zoning
�
Commission and to pass Ordinance 69-18 authorizing the �
change. Motion SECANDED by Councilman Benedict. Motion r'
PREVAILED by the �following vote: �;
Ayes: Councilmen Thompson, Eidson , Benedict & Dalton.
Noes: None �
