�, ORDINANCE N0. 72-23
The Grapevine City Council passed a motion on September 5, 1972 adopting
Ordinance No. 72-23 instructing the City Attorney to draft an ordinance regarding the
approval of the development plan for Z72-11 . Ordinance No. 72-23 was never
drafted or considered since a new public hearing was scheduled for Z72-1 1 .
Motion and vote from the September 5, 1972 City Council meeting:
"Councilman Parker moved that the zoning request on Case #Z72-1 1 for
Planned Development District be approved, subject to the applicant
submitting a development plant (sic) for Phase I Development that
satisfies the requirements of Section 10-13-8 of the Zoning Ordinance.
Councilman Dalton seconded the motion. The motion prevailed by the
following vote:
Ayes: Councilmembers, Dalton, Parker, Conine, Pirkle, Tate and Pittard
Noes: None

'�' The City Attorney is instructed to draft an Ordinance (72-23) for the City
Council's consideration upon said development plan being approved by
the City Manager."
