ORDINANCE NO. 72-26
AN ORDINANCE ANIENDING TITLE 3, CHAPTER 2,
SECTIUN 6 , SUBSECTION 7 OF THE CITY CODE
OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, SO AS TU
PROVIDE FOR SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTTAL
ELECTKICAL PERMIT FEE; AND PROVIDING FOR A
SAVINGS CLAliSE.

That Tit1e 3, Ch�pte.r 2, Sectiorz 6, Subsection 7 of the City
Code of tk�e City of Grapevine, Texas is hereby amended to
read as follows:
3-2-6-7: INSPECTION FEES: The fees to be charged .£or
inspection of any electrical work in the
c�rporate limits of Grapevine, Texas shall
be as follows :
{A) Single Family Residerice Only:
l. Home with one bath $16.00
2. I-Iome with two baths 18.00
3. Home with three baths 20.00
4. Hame with four baths 22.00
(S) Minimum f_ee per perrnit $ 2.00 min.

(D) Lighting and Power Circuits
First 4 Circuits $ 1.50 min.
Next 46 Circuits 0.25 each

inspection.

, charge may be made �t $1 .50.

Should any part, section, para�raph, sentence , clause or phrase
contained in this ordinance be held to be ,tinconstitutional , such
holding shall not afiect the validity of the remaining partion of
the ordinance, but in all respect shall remain in full force and
effect .
