AN ORDINANCE AM�NDING THE CITY CODE OF THE
CITY OF GRAP�VIN�, TEXAS, TITLr.�: 7, CHAPTER 3,
SECTION 7-3-22, TO PROVIDE FOR A C�IARGE OF
FIFTY DOLLARS ($50. 00) FOR THE Iiv�TALLATION .
AND CONNECTION OF A WAT�R METL:R. UNDER
CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES; PROVIDING FOR THE
�,,, REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCE PROVISIONS;
AND PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE.
' THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TI�E CITY COUNCIL
� OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:

SECTION 1. That the City Code of the City of Grapevine,
Texas, Title 7, Chapter 3, Section 7 3-22, be, a-r�d the same is
x hereby amended by adding the following �aragra�h:
"Whenver any real estate developer, bu:la�r, property
; owner or any other person, ..as proper�y Gnd Iegally
; � installed the necessary water s��vi.�:z 3ines from the

� main line of the City of Grapevir:e �o �:�,� ;�,��perty line
of the property to be served, and wher.e� �� tne only

work to be performed by the City of Gr�.�,�:vine
Water Department is the installing ar.d c�nnecting of
a water meter, the charge for such worl; by the City
of Grapevine Water Department will be Fifty
Dollars ($50. 00). "
