Mr. J. M. Pool along the �ast side of Dove Road �j�st outside the
� pres�r�t City L;mits ask the city to cor�sider takfng that area into
the City Limits so as to control the develppment i� that area.
Discu�sion �as given on the burni�g of tm sh and other debris in the
City. Th� Fire Chief, J. C. Gre�ner, asked t��t a policy be adopted
in reference to burni�g of trash, �tc, withi� the City.
Council�a� Foust, �ad� a motion second�d by Conncilm�� Pirkle for
the Cit� to adopt � policy of prohiting the burni�g of trash, etc.
�ithi� the City Llmits �ith one exception if grass b ecome� a fir�
hazard and if deterrnined to be a fire ha2ard by th� Fire Chief it
may be burned if the Fire Depa�nnent stands by d�ring the b�rning of

Governmer�t lar�d on the i�orth to �t. Mai� street if �xtended on the
east to the Lucas Additio� or� the south. T'his �ras done by a motion
