AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY
OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, TITLE 4, CHAPTER 5, SECTION
2 BY ADDING THERETO SUSSECTION PROVIDING FQR A
FILING FEE WHEN AN APPLICATION FC}R A TRAILER
COACH OUTSIDE A LIGENSED PARK IS SUBMITTED;
PROVIDING THAT CERTAIN SPECIFIED ZNFORMATION

BE I2 ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
�ECTION l . That the City Cade of -the City of Grapevine ,
Texas , Title 4, Chapter 5, Section 2, be , and the sazne is hereby
amended by adding the fa3.Iowing subsectians:
{G} Upon the filing of any apglication, the applicant
sha11 pay to the Pu.ilding In.spector the sum of
�, � 25.00 -�o help pay the cost of

� proces�ing the application to the �ity Cauncil and
the co�t of mailing ncrtices required by �his ardi-
nance.
(H) The applicatian shall con-�ain the following informa-
tion:
a. Name and address of applicant .
b. Name of party or parties that are to occupy
the trailer coach.
c. Legal description of the lot and the local
addres� upon which the trailer caach is �a be
located if a permit i� granted by the City Cou.ncil .
d. Description and size af the trailer coach praposed
� to be loca�ed upon the Iat.

e. A drawir�g or plot plan showirzg the fallawing,
l . Dimensions of the lot upon which the
trailer coach is to be placed.
2. Location of any existing structures
on the lot .

� 3. Specific location on lot where trailer
� coach is proposed to be placed.
4. Location of existing structures upon
adjoining lots .
5. Source of water and sewer service.
6 . Specify time skirting will be installed
on trailer coach.
(I) Upon the filing of the application, the Building
Inspector shall investigate the app�ication by
inspecting the trailer coach proposed to be
located upon the lot and the lot. If said trailer
coach is not available for inspection , the permit,
� if granted, will be subject to the inspection and

� approval of the trailer coach by the Building
Inspector when the trailer coach becomes available
for inspection. He shall then advise the Planning
and Zoning Commission as to whether the trailer
coach meets the requirements of the Building Code
and other applicable ordinances of the City of
Grapevine , and whether or :r�ot the lot and trailer
coach, if allowed to be placed on the lot , would
meet all the requirements of the Suilding Code , the
Zoning Ordinance , and other applicable ordinances of
the City of Grapevine. The Suilding Inspector shall
�" forward the application together with his report and
� investigation to the Planning and Zoning Commission.

(J) Af�er receiving the application and report o�
the �uilding Inspector, the Planning and Zoning
Corr�nis�ion shall conduct a public hearing on the
application. Public notice o� the public hearing
�°"' shall be sent �a o�wriers o� real propexty lying

�, within two hundred {20C}} .feet af -�he lot upan
whi.ch the �ra3ler coach is proposed �to be
located, such r�otice to be gitren, not les� than
ten (10) days before the date set for hearing ,
to all such owners who have rendered their sa.id
proper�y for city taxes as the ownership appears
on the 1as� approved �ity Tax Roll . Such notice
may be served by depositing the same, properly
addres�ed and pastage paid, in the U. S. Pas�
Office. After said public hearing the Planning and
Zoning Commission will make its recomznendatians to
�,,, the City Gouncil and the City Council shall act in
� accordance with the City �ode Sec�ion 4-5-2, Sub-
sections (A) , (B) , (C) , (D) , (E) and (F) .
SECTION 2. It is hereby declared to be the intentzan
of the City Council o�' the Ci�y of Grapevine that the sectaans,
para.graphs , sentences, clause� and phrases af this ardinance are
seve�able and any phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph or section
hereof shauld be declared unconsti.tu�ional, �uch unconstitu�ionality
or invalidity shall not a�fect any o�' the remaining phrases , clause� ,
se�tences , paragraphs or �ections of thi� ordinance, since the �ame
wou.ld have beerl enacted by the �ity Council withaut the incarpora-
tian in this ardina�ce of any such unconstitutional or invalid

phrase, clause, sentence, para9raph or secti.on.
