After reveiewir�g the prapased agreemet�t with Ster2ing Cadifiers, Inc,
and aft�r the city Attorn�y approv�d the agreernet�t as to form�, �:-
Cc�ur�ci lmar� Fe��st made a r�oti on te� authvri 2� the Nfa,�c�r tc� sign an
agreemer�t wi�th �terling �odifiers, Inc, to codify and prin;t t�he
ordi�a�tces c�f th� C�ty far a total svm csf .�1,b95,04. This motio�t
was secan,ded by Conr�cilman Ben�dict. Motic�n carried by Cauneilmec�
Foust, Vand�ven'�er, Huber, Pirkle and Ben�dict vQt,�ng �res with nc�
noes.
Bids were received ort a 29�,6 model car ta rep2ace one of the 29b�
Chev�xalet� nc►w in s�rvice in the Police departrnent. Bids are as

Ted Arer�daLe Ford �1,300.00
Th� sp�cifications are on �'il� in the Secretaryts office for each
of the two �ars bid.
A motio�; by Co�r�cilman Pirkle , seconded by Cour�cilaan Foust to
awa�d the bidf�r �he n�w car tc� fi�d Arenda2e Ford at th� price of
$1,304.04. Motinn carried by Cauncilmar� Foust, Vandev�nt�r, Huber,
Pirk� ar�d Ber��dict �c�ting yes with na r�c�es.
