Au�ust 25, 1966
The City Council met in a call session on the above date. Those
present were Mayor Woods and �ouncilmen Foust, Benedict, Pirkle
and Huber. Councilman Vandeventer was a�sent.
'I'he P3anning and Zaning Baard met with the Council, Board mernbers
present were Bill Reed, Harlon Joyce , and Doyle Dalton. The Board
recommended that the �-c>uncil not ar�7prove Fred He�yt' s application
for ammendment to tt�e 2anin� map. The application is numbered
66-16 and requested approximately 62 acres in the BB3 � CRR survey
to be zoned t'J-K" Industrial instead of the "A" redidential it
now carries. The request �vas disa��proved by ttie City �:ouncil on
a mc�tion by Cc�uncilman Bertedict and a second by C:aunci2man Foust,
and a yes vote by Councilmen Foust, Benedict, Huber and Pirkle.
There i�rere no no votes.
