MQTIQN by Councilman Foust to adopt Resolution Number R6b-9
which is captioned as fo.tlows:

Motion secor�ded by councilman Pirkle and passed by a yes 'vote

MOTION by Councilman Pirkle to adopt Ordinance Number 66-33
which is captioned as follows:

Mayor Woods discussed with the Counci ]. a le�ter from Bob :
Nichol� of Freese, Nichols and Endress, the Cityts Consulting �
engineers, informing Dr. Woods that Dawnt Lane at�d the We�stern '
a portion of Ea.sy Street do not meet the requ3rements of the
City�s ordir�at�ce on the construction of street�. it was de-
cided that the N�.yor will contact the Contractor 3n regards
ta securir�g an extention of the warrenty, and to assume a
wait�, and see attitude as recommended by Mr. Nichols in his
letter. ;

City Manager Floy Ezell gave a report on price� and informati4n
on a tractor-2oader with trailer which cou].d be used in
corinectior� with a sanitary land fi11 garbage dispolal operation.
It was decided that the City should survey this type operation
of other cities and the availability of 1ar�d for th3s purpose
in this area, and ther� look int4 the purchase of the equipment.
MOTSON by Councilman Dalton to approve and accept thE report
and recommendatior� of the M�,yorts Fmergency �mbulance committee.

passed by a yes vote by Councilmen Foust, Daltor�, Huber Pir.kle
and Benedict. there were no noes.
