The City Council met in regular session on the above date, thoee
pres�tnt were Mayor Jc�hnson, Alderaan Kaker, Mathews, Harwe22,
Hayward , and Deacon.
Minut�s of the previous me�ing was read and approved as read.
Mr. Davi s, of the Corps of Engineers, and Mr. Tay2or of Si Iver
Lake Enterprises, met with the Council to discuss the possibilites
of the Silv�r Lake Entergrieses cc�nnecting 4ntc► the w�ter 2ine
c�f the Corps of Engineers. Mr. Davis was to find out from the
Corps of Engineers ,�ust waht they would approve aR�tx in reference
ta their contract with the city on the water line and repcart back
to the city.
Mr. T�lford ask that he be allowed to t3e onto th� water line
in Lake Water AGres for his cafe, The Anchor. ARr. Telford was
to ga ov�r the contract with the Secret�ry to acquaint himself
with the r�quir�m�tnts caf connecting onto the water line c�f
Lake Wood Acres.

Plans for sc�me �abins te+r�built at the Anchor was submitted for
'�'� tl�e councils approvat. A motion by Alderman Kaker, seconded by
Alderrnan Hayward to approve the pl�ns sub��ct t4 the final
appraval of the Corp of Engineers. Motion carri�d.
A motion by Aldermar� Mathews, seconded by Alderman Deacon to
pay Mr. Ted Willhait� ��7.54 per manth rent on the Library
building « Motian c�:rri�d.
Discussion was given on the Fire Department answer3ng fire calls
inside other incorporated cities. The money that the coun�y is
paying the city each year ta help pay th� cost af fighting fires
cautside c�ur own city is for answering calls in the rural area of
th� cour�ty and nc�t for anseering cal2s inside other incorpc�rat�d
citi �s. Fire Chief Greener was to make a report to the council
of t,he fires that have been answered,artd their 2�cations,by his
department.
Discussion was given on buil.ding a new Fire St�tion and remodeling
the City Hali .
